So.. guys, it's been a while since i came on. I'm on a busy streak today (also on a lazy streak), i have to study for my HUGE TEST on wednesday feb. 3rd.. OMG I ALSO FORGOT.. my report is due on feb. 2nd..... AAAAARRGHHH!!!  I DIN'T EVEN WORKED OR STUDIED... this is it, im done for rofl.

reaction after and during the audition

mm.. kay.. so i just came to the arts academy audition. IT WAS LOCATED AT THE HIGHSCHOOL IM APPLYING TO fffffffff.... ROFL.. i cracked up. But it makes sense though cuz the school actually is the fonder of that art community.. So anywho, i came in there with my bookbag and my jacket (the audition was afterschool 3:45 PM).. The art studio was like..... HALLELUJAH!!! -insert heavnly music in here rofl-.. i see buncha art works everwhere: anatomy gestures, self portraits, sculptures, portraits, etc. and they all looked like UNF UNF sizzle hawt. The room was meduim-sized, buncha art supplies everywhere and stuff. a guy in a polo and a tie who is the LET'S PAINT TV GUY came up to me and he was like, "Are you Nina?" i said yes and he checked my name off the list or somethin'.... Let's skip the boring parts, they told me to draw the fruits sitting on the table in 30 minutes to my full potential. After i gave the picture to the LET'S PAINT TV guy he said i did less than 30 minutes. He asked me to hand some of mah artworks and then yeah..... Also, a very purdy lady who was also an art teacher interviewed me a little... she asked me how i learned to draw and what not.. my responses were very UNCLEAR AND STUPID, my voice was shaky too rofl.. it's just how i talk to strangers... I TALK LIKE I CAN'T SPEAK IN ENGLISH HAHAHA..

WarioLand, painting procedures, HAITI donations, and what not

    okay, this morning i came to my dental appointment. They had to get my braces tightened and now my teeth hurts like HECK!! It's like everytime something touches my teeth it hurts and i go like " OH #$%*!!! THAT HURTS!!" But anywho, i worked on a painting today so i can present it at the audition for the artschool im applying to. Imma show you the painting procedure cuz i feel like it lol:

First i did a rough sketch to try to get the idea of what the picture is going to look like. After that i did a final sketch.
Now that our final sketch is done, let's prepare our materials shall we?

lol, i did the painting in the dining room while everyone were gone at the mall. Back to the point, to the very left of the picture shows my favorite material of all: Water color canvas papers... and the rest, well you know what they are. I bought them all from AC moore, and shut up im not a cheapstake lol

As you can see, the background color is added (left picture). Then additional basecolor for the upperbody was added (right picture)

I added lighter tones to make it look more detailed and life-like. Same procedure for the hair, and i also added some minor details for the face

More hair details. Next the lower body, idk.. well you can see what i did right? lol

working on the lower body still... you know, adding the tail, tweaking the values, and stuff

added all the minor details and VIOLA! it is finished... wow this is terrible looking, probably because i got really lazy finishing this painting up lol.
as soon as i finished the piece my dad came home and gave me an APPLE PIE!! i was soo happy, but then i remembered that my teeth is still undergoing the unbearable pain :(
But at least my sister and my dad cheered me up by buying a new game for our nintendo wii.. which is-- WARRRIO LAAAND oh yeah bby.. here are some bonuses pics of us enjoying the gameplay:

waaaahh... you guys can't see it well lol... well, that's about it for now... NO WAIT!! the news about the Haiti disasters made me sooooo sad. So, im planning to donate some green papers..... and yeah, bye..

Mah first post

OH HO HOHOHOHOHOHOH yess.... my first indeed... FFFFFFFFFF, i just recently realized what growing up really means. Man! i gotta take care of soooo many portfolios and applications for the highschool im applying too. But the best part is, IM APPLYING TO AN ARRRT SCHOOOl dude! my first time joining one too. OH MAN! this is gonna be hot unf unf.

Also, due to the fact that i school is eating my life- i have to reduce my time on the internet (except for the weekends)...
Im also getting an appointment tomorrow for my braces, DAANNGGIIITTT!! i hate it when i have to go and get my braces fixed...
